Terms & Conditions

Changes and cancellations

Reasonable changes may be made up to 1 week prior to the event. Additional cost may be incurred depending on the changes. Changes can be made depending on the availability of the vendor.

In the unfortunate case that the vendor needs to cancel the order, a full refund will be given.

Cake handling

Please note that once your cake has been collected it is advisable to drive it in an air-conditioned vehicle, on the flattest service, i.e. the floor of the passenger seat or in the boot. Not on your lap with a non-slip mat under the box.

Once your cake has reached it’s final destination please place it in the fridge until the recommended time prior to serving. Depending on the  temperature of the air, take the cake out of the fridge 1-3 hours before serving. The cake should be eaten at room temperature.

! Before eating the cake all flowers, petals and non-edible decoration should be removed (unless mentioned otherwise).

Once the cake has left our studio it is your responsibility to look after it. We cannot be held responsible for any damage incurred once it has left our premises. Including when in transit using our delivery service. We will of course do our best and fix any damage may this be the case.

Heavy multiple tiered cakes need a stable surface to be put onto.

Should any damage occur to the cake through no fault of the vendor, the client may request for the vendor to fix the cake prior to the event start time (if available) for an extra fee, to be discussed. The fee needs to be payed at the event.
